Turner's Rock Wedding

Anne Hagin and her team were thrilled to be able to plan and coordinate the November 5th wedding of Mary Nelson Goodgame and Matt Barnett at the bride's parents' home on Turner's Rock on Wilmington Island. The ceremony took place overlooking the marsh at sunset, followed by a cocktail hour before the main reception. Although the weather had a chill to the air, Mr. Potato Head kept all of the guests dancing long into the night with their music. Later in the evening, glow sticks were brought out for all the guests as a fun token from Mary Nelson & Matt, which were enjoyed by all of the guests whether they were 9 or 99.


We thoroughly enjoyed working with caterer, Susan Mason, and her team who served delicious southern cuisine including her infamous crab cakes, florist Anna Speir, DVB Photography who captured the beautiful moments below, Ganem & Sons, Mr. Potato Head, Savannah Special Events, and Old Savannah Tours.


It was truly a fun wedding! Both families were such a joy to meet and work with as were all of the guests. We wish the bride, groom, and their families all the best!

An Honor

We were thrilled when we were asked by Tara Guérard Soirres to coordinate the ceremony of this weekend's wedding at Ford Plantation in Richmond Hill, GA outside of Savannah. It was such an honor to work with her and the rest of the Soirettes. We hope to work again with them in the future!

Trinity & Pink House Wedding

On September 10 we were able to help celebrate the marriage of Ansley Warren & Peter Goyarts. We worked with wonderful vendors to make this beautiful day possible: florist A to Zinnias, Trinity Church, The Olde Pink House who also catered the event, the band Empty Pocket, and Alternative Life Photography who captured all the amazing memories on camera.

Everyone rocked it out on the dance floor to Empty Pocket from the time the band started playing until the final sparkler send off, including Ansley's beautiful grandmother! The food catered by the Pink House was sensational and included the southern traditions of fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, and fried macaroni and cheese. Minette Rushing of Savannah Custom Cakes once again created a beautiful bridal cake and the groom's cake to resemble Peter's dog as a surprise from his bride.

It was such a fun evening and we wish Mr. & Mrs. Goyarts a wonderful life together!

Trinity & Telfair Wedding

Back on the 23rd of July we were fortunate to be a part of the gorgeous summer wedding of Erin Brown & Rob Gatliff. The ceremony was held at Trinity Church with a beautiful reception following next door at the Telfair Museum.

Erin and Rob met while working at Memorial Hospital. And, it is apparent that everyone notices their glowing love as witnessed by one of Erin's sisters, Kelly, who gave a beautiful and heart felt toast during the reception. Erin's other sister, Sarah, baked delicious wedding cake cookies for guests to take home after the reception. The food from Straton Hall Catering was exceptional and included the Savannah staple of Shrimp & Grits. They even provided a late night stack of burger sliders and french fries.

The day was worry free thanks to all the wonderful vendors: florists Jan Curran and Wayne Willis, Savannah Special Events, The Telfair Museum, Jeremy Davis and Equinox Jazz, Minette Rushing of Custom Cakes, DVB Photography, and Straton Hall Catering!
